APM is pleased to announce it will be hosting webinars featuring key members of the Crossrail project following the launch of the Learning Legacy earlier this year.

The webinars will cover topics including programme controls, reporting, risk management and planning with presentations from a cross section of the Crossrail organisation.

The Crossrail Learning Legacy is the collation and dissemination of good, practice, innovation and lessons learned from the Crossrail construction programme aimed at raising the bar in industry and showcasing UK PLC.

The learning legacy was launched in February 2016 and is the start of a 3 year programme. The first tranche of learning legacy content published on the website focuses on sharing many of the tools, templates and processes developed as part of the Crossrail Management System.

These are intended for use or modification by future projects.

London 2012 and more recently Crossrail are two major projects that have delivered learning legacies to share knowledge with future major projects aimed at raising the bar in industry. But how effective has learning legacy been?

A full calendar of webinars will be published shortly.
