Assurance of Agile projects

Last year we mentioned here that we were planning to hold a joint event with the National Audit Office on the topic of 'assurance of Agile projects'. These plans are beginning to crystalise now, and we are starting to develop a programme for the event.It is likely to be a one-day conference later this year, comprising a combination of presentations from those with perspectives on the topic, and discussion groups to share experiences and chew over issues.

I am pleased to report that we will have the active involvement of the National Audit Office (for whom this is a topic that is close to their hearts) who have offered to lead a session on the challenges and opportunities. The British Computer Society will also be involved, as this is also an area of strong interest to them.

We already have a few candidate items for the day, but are keen to throw the net widely in terms of capturing those aspects that people would find most useful for us to cover.
