Attracting new talent to the project management profession

WiPM SIG is excited to have just held the first screening of their video which is aimed at attracting new talent and addressing the gender underrepresentation within the project management profession.

The video features several female project managers, with four from diverse industries discussing their roles, skills and entry route into the profession.

Additional resources to use with the video will also be introduced. Some of the featured project managers as well as the film company were present at this first screening.
