Effective sponsorship is key to the success of projects, programmes and portfolios and APM would like to take this opportunity to look at the competences needed for this area of the profession.
With this in mind, APM has organised a functional mapping workshop as per details above. We will take the outputs of the day and work with the consultants who assisted us in developing the competence framework to establish any differences or additional competences that may need to be added to edition 2 of the Competence Framework to ensure coverage of project controls.
Ideally we are looking for 5 members of the Enabling Change SIG to attend this event and join representatives of the Governance SIG, the Benefits Management SIG and participants from other stakeholder groups.
No pre-work is needed, but a willingness to contribute to the discussions is a must.
Please could you let Vicki Bailey (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you are interested in attending this workshop by 30th September 2016, along with any dietary or access requirements.
Thank you in advance for your support. We hope to see you on the 18th October!
