Celebrate International Project Management Day with APM
Remember, remember the 5th of November.
No, this is not for the annual commemoration of Guy Fawkes Night, but for the celebration of International Project Management Day.
Taking place on the first Thursday of every November, IPM Day is a world-wide celebration of the contributions of project managers and project teams across the globe.
To help mark the day, APM has pulled together a number of special offers and key items of content for you to enjoy and share with your colleagues and peers.
A free download of the APM Body of Knowledge 6th edition will no doubt be popular, so make sure you get your copy before it ends this Sunday 8th November.
You can also save money as APM are offering two special discounts up until this Sunday. You could save £112 on your registration fee if you become a member and you can receive 20% off all APM Knowledge publications.
As well as these great offers APM is looking to spread the word about project management and the great work you all do.
Watch our What is project management? video and share it with your network to help clarify what project management is for those who are new to the profession. Even experienced project professionals will find it useful if they are looking for a way to explain what it is they do.
Celebrating success in our profession is an important way to acknowledge the impact project management is having across all industry sectors. Find out who won a trophy at Monday night’s APM Project Management Awards 2015 sponsored by
T-Systems.
Find out more about what is on offer and discover how you can take the next step in your career and improve your chances of getting that job with an APM qualification.
The International Project Management Day is intended to encourage project based organisations worldwide or organisations that utilise project management methodologies to schedule some type of recognition event within their organisations.
Or they can coordinate locally with others to truly demonstrate appreciation for the achievements of project managers and their teams.
