Communicating risk across the project portfolio

This event, hosted by the APM Risk SIG included risk and portfolio management in relation to project delivery, case studies and workshops. The event discussed the interaction and dependencies on risk management across projects, programmes and portfolio and the differences, or similarities, in applying the risk process at various levels of organisational authority.
