Janice Compton gave a very upbeat presentation on why APM Members should bother with CPD and the importance of attending APM events to help build up CPD hours. She highlighted thebenefits of CPD particularly in respect of career development and career planning. The use of continued professional development demonstrated professionalism, capability and commitment and of course, prepares individuals who are going to follow the path of APM Registered Project Professionals.

Janice explained that CPD helps to develop knowledge, skills and competences and, help build a professional portfolio that will improve career prospects and widen horizons in respect of challenges within the project management profession.
