Overview - Developing a Culture Asset

The People SIG is passionate about consciously adding value in support of project management.  Our intention is to collaborate with other project management professionals (not necessarily like minded!) to evolve understanding and therefore the successful management of people in project management.

 When reviewing the content available on culture, many things became apparent:
 There is a lot of reading already available in this knowledge area
 There are many culture kits available
 There are many exercises and workshop frame works available
 Everyone knows of hints and tips

The question then became, as a People SIG, what could we offer as a Culture Asset?
