On the 19th of May 2010 Paul Naybor presented to the South Wales and West of England branch on the subject of Earned value management - Is it worth the effort?

Paul's presentation looked at examples of earned value in use, asked why more project managers don't use earned value and suggested a road map to earned value maturity.
