The gamification study tour team want to share some of our output, to give people an update on what we are working on and would welcome their comments.
This document is intended as a review of some of the best practices and key themes that appear throughout the Gamification “industry”, across research articles and companies and organisations that use the methodology to engage people.

Agile refuses to analyse requirements beforehand – and thus declines to provide an initial certainty. This will probably always scare any stakeholder trying to understand whether or not they can show results to the board with the budget that they are granted.
