On the 12th September Sean Byrne, Head of Strategy, and Paul Minton, Chief Operating Officer of the National Policing Improvement Agency gave a fascinating presentation to a packed room on how the NPIA established effective governance for their ultimate transformation – bringing the organisation to an orderly conclusion toward the end of 2012.
