APM is plesased to announce head of operations for Maggie’s Cancer Centres, Gillian Hailstones will be joining the line up of world class presenters at its highly anticipated Scottish Conference 2016.

Maggie’s programme of support has been shown to strengthen the physical and emotional wellbeing of people with cancer and their families and friends. The Department of Health has described the work of Gillian and her colleagues as an example of "best practice", setting the highest standard for project management.

Now in its 20th year, the organisation operates across 17 centres at major NHS hospitals in the UK.

Gillian joins a diverse and exciting line-up of world class professionals, politicians and industry leaders who will be taking to the stage to help delegates explore how and why we must evolve as project managers become more embedded in growing organisations.

The conference will be taking place on 8 September 2016 at the world-renowned Edinburgh International Conference Centre in the Heart of Edinburgh City.
