How capable are you in managing change? The Change Management Institute's competency framework Webinar, 6 December 2016

On Tuesday 6th December Melanie Franklin, co-chair of the Change Management Institute UK (CMI), presented the CMI's competency framework, and assessed teams and organisations develop their change capability.

APM’s Enabling Change Specific Interest Group (SIG) has been collecting information on a range of methodologies and standards available to support its members in improving their change capability. One of the ways in which we are doing this, is by collaborating with external organisations, such as the CMI.

The webinar also provided a quick update on the SIG’s work in developing the resources available to members, including its plans for an introductory publication on managing change.
