On Tuesday 26th June, APM North East branch members joined John Zachar at the Royal Station Hotel in Newcastle, for a highly informative presentation on project closure.

Using his personal knowledge and extensive PM experience, John illustrated on how to demonstrate project sucess & the differences between closing a successful and a non-successful project, includingdetails of closure guidelines.
