In the latest of the APM’s International Space Sector Interest Network Spotlight webinar’s, we focus on the hot topic of solar energy from space.

Space Solar aims to develop Space-Based Solar Power for the benefit of our stakeholders and the world. On Wednesday 8 July, David Homfray, CTO at Space Solar explained how their work will support the transition to Net Zero and provide global energy security, delivering a safe and secure world where clean, affordable energy is available to all.

As project professionals, we know that the ultimate test of a megaproject isn’t just the physics it’s the scale, the manufacturing, and the execution. David explained how Space Solar is turning sci-fi into reality, and how robust programme management will deliver clean, baseline energy from space.
