Leadership lessons from unexpected sources

Heroic Leadership by Chris Lowney is one of the links for you to check out in this month’s Useful Links update from the Stakeholder Engagement Focus Group (SEFG). The Jesuits may not be an obvious source of top tips for aspiring leaders, but apparently they produced outstanding individual leaders and a culture of leadership. Reviewed as a must-read for any business leader, this book may be worth a closer look for anyone who wants to improve their own leadership style.
Useful Links is a regular document produced by the SEFG, part of the APM People SIG. It is published each month on the APM Stakeholder Engagement Resources web page. The aim is to share links to tools, developments and forthcoming events that may be of interest or help to address your stakeholder engagement questions.
If you have a stakeholder related event or publication that you would like to share through Useful Links please contact us: SEFG@apm.org.uk

The SWWE Branch were very pleased to be able to invite Benedict Pinches of the People SIG’s Stakeholder Engagement Focus Group, and Director of Oxford Major Programmes to talk about stakeholder management on 22 March 2017 in Bristol.
For many of us it’s an opportunity to catch up on some of the business books, publications and podcasts that we don’t have time for in the office.
