In May’s edition of “NewSE Bites”: how to manage conflict and negotiation.

Is conflict something to avoid, CEO and entrepreneur Margaret Heffernan positions conflict as an essential tool in an article for TED Talks.  Apparently, conflict is an essential tool for getting the best performance from your team.
