Notice of Planning, Monitoring and Control SIG 2017 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Planning, Monitoring and Control SIG will take place at 18:00hours following the close of EVA22 conference on Thursday 18 May, taking place at Armourers Hall, 81 Coleman Street, Moorgate, London, EC2R 5BJ.


The SIG has made arrangement with EVA22 this year that they will allow free entry to the conference afternoon sessions from 14:00hours to APM individual members wishing to attend the SIG AGM. Please register if you would like to attend the afternoon and AGM to reserve your place.

The AGM will be followed by the EVA22 dinner, the details of which will be published on the APM events page shortly.

Alternatively if you would like to attend only the AGM at 18:00hours on this day please register to reserve your place.

  • Minutes from the previous AGM
  • Chair's report
  • Election of committee (The officer posts of Chair and Secretary will be elected at the first committee meeting following the AGM)


Message left Thursday 18 May: The committee election for 2017/18 has taken place. The results are now published to view.

Any APM individual member wishing to add an item to the above agenda, or wishing to nominate themselves for the committee should submit the details in writing by no later than 23:59hours 10 May 2017.

The Planning, Monitoring and Control SIG have a committee size limited to six places and the SIG membership will use the information provided by nominees to vote on their committee at the AGM if more than six nominees come forward.

Please note the eligibility requirements below for membership of the SIG committee.
