Even when the worst outcomes have been experienced institutional behaviours remain the same, why is this and how can we do better? This webinar was held on 25 June 2026.

In this session we teed up the APM “People and Behaviours” theme that will run from July to September 2026. The talk given by Stephen will challenged participants to reflect on their own, their teams and their organisations behaviour to position our North East Network to explore and shape People and Behaviours for improved Projects + Change in the region.

People and Behaviours are consistently recognised as the biggest challenge for projects to overcome to achieve sustainable change impact. As a project participant or interested party you will gain unparalleled insight from Stephens own personal journey and global experience in the most challenging circumstances. Stephen’s ability to reflect and identify improvement spaces whilst maintaining a warm, open and safe environment for all to participate is unparalleled.

Project, programme and portfolio participants seeking to strengthen their leadership impact.
Change managers and PMO professionals looking to reduce resistance and increase adoption.
Leaders across sectors interested in improving the human experience of transformation and the value-add that brings.

Stephen has very kindly allowed his presented material to be made available for viewing for a period of 1 week from 10 July 2026. The webinar recording on Vimeo is now available in our APM resources area and also embedded below for reference.
