Risk management and business continuity - How we work together

On the 11th of June 2009 the APM Risk SIG held an event entitled Business continuity and risk management - How we work together.

Saad Ahmed gave the first talk entitled Risk management part of business continuity? - This is a crisis management issue.

Mark Swabey then spoke about pandemics, complexity, chaos and the unknown and looked at how we can assess these.

Peter Joy of Fujitsu Services then gave their view of risk management and business continuity before Lindon Bird of the Business Continuity Institute finished the conference with a talk entitled Risk management is dead - long live risk management.
