On Tuesday 27 June 2017 Franco Pittoni gave a webinar presentation 'Schedule quality: detailed analysis of the main metrics' put on by the APM Planning, Monitoring and Control Specific Interest Group, by the speaker Franco who is Director of FP Opera and recently co-founder of PIF (Process Innovation Forum).

Poor Schedule Quality (SQ) is increasingly being recognised as a key preventable factor that contributes to projects and programme failures, the number of which is unfortunately still too high, in spite of the increasing number of sophisticated tools available on the market.
Some of the main metrics that provide a quantitative assessment of the SQ will be analysed, underlining at the same time, the limits of what tools can and cannot do.

This webinar was a continuation of the previous one, Schedule quality on 7 February, during which the SQ topic was addressed in a more generic manner.

The questions posed during the webinar by the audience will shortly kindly be answered and these will be published here for viewing shortly.

Franco have very kindly allowed his material to be made available for viewing.
The slides and webinar recording are available in our APM resources area and also below for reference.

This webinar is suitable for professionals with an intermediate to advanced level of experience.
