On Tuesday 7 February 2017 Franco Pittoni gave a webinar presentation 'Schedule quality' put on by the APM Planning, Monitoring and Control Specific Interest Group. It covered the schedule quality topic, still frequently debated because of the failures in delivering project-programmes on time, which are still experienced worldwide. Franco is Director of FP Opera and recently co-founder of PIF (Process Innovation Forum).

The questions posed during the webinar by the audience have been answered and these are now available for viewing.

Franco have very kindly allowed his material to be made available for viewing.
The slides and webinar recording are available in our APM resources area and also below for reference.

They are consistently seeing projects and programmes input burdensome performance drumbeats that don’t actually consider the question of, is this adding value and helping the project manager make more informed decisions? Every project needs an appropriate framework in place to manage its performance effectively. This webinar on Tuesday 26 September discussed the key challenges and pitfalls many portfolios, programmes and projects (P3) face and how to overcome them.
