Selecting a coach and getting the most from coaching

Members of the People SIG are often asked about coaching.

In this podcast one of our members, Carole Osterweil, talks us through how to select a coach and how to make sure that you get what you want from the experience. It’s relevant for people who are wondering whether to work with a coach, for those who are already working with a coach and for people who commission coaching on behalf of others.

Carole is an executive coach, consultant and advisor to directors and project delivery teams who want improved project outcomes, increased productivity and less stress.

With a CV that includes project and programme management in the NHS, IT and pharmaceutical sectors and over 15 years as an educator and accredited coach at Ashridge Business School, she’s expert at addressing the behavioural, cultural and political issues that go with effective project management.
