Sponsoring Change - shaping new guidance for Programme and Project Sponsorship, 13th April 2016

Posted by APM on 14th Mar 2016

In 2016, the APM Governance SIG will be updating its guidance on "Sponsoring Change". We are looking to produce authoritative and practical guidance on the sponsorship of Programmes and Projects, building on the success of the first edition as well as new research, case studies, models and tools. On 13th April, 6.30pm-8.00pm in central London, we will be hosting an open committee meeting to seek your input in shaping the guidance. If you have an interest in how Programmes and Projects are sponsored, or in Sponsorship as an professional discipline, we would like to discuss your ideas.

We are keen to consult widely in preparation of this guidance and welcome input from APM members across the UK. We will be running a structured development session on 13th April and hope to see you there. We would also encourage you to complete a short online survey to help us structure those discussions.  The survey will close at the end of day Sunday 10th April 2016, to allow for analysis before that weeks meeting.
