Once upon a time in Coventry Stephen Carver entertained APM members and guests to an enthralling presentation on successful project leadership through storytelling.

In his unique way, Stephen used his own experience to show that being a little bit theatrical to win hearts and minds, understanding that ambiguity, and challenging times require a slightly different approach in order to help yourself and others dig deep and make it happen. It is not what you say it is how you say it which achieves success in project management and throughout the presentation Stephen was able to relate to real life experiences and examples on how to deliver the message with passion and conviction to achieve the best outcome and the right results.

As usual Stephens presentation gained such accolade as funny, relevant, engaging and of course a highly entertaining storytelling technique that is a proven way of conveying information and ensuring it is retained for the future. After all, Stephen is passionate about his presentation and his attitude of if you havent done it you shouldnt be teaching it ensured that everyone attending can live with the belief of living happily ever after.
