The Risk SIG held a conference in February 2008 entitled Techniques to improve project success.

The headline speaker was Dr David Hillson who spoke about combining earned value management with risk management.

Ken Newland also spoke about maximising project success and Tony Reid of Lancaster Business Academy spoke about creativity and innovation.
