Over 400 delegates attended the very popular Titanic lessons for modern projects event which was held in 7 different locations throughout the UK.
Mark's presentation analyses the project that designed, built, and launched the ship, showing how compromises made during early project stages led to serious flaws in this supposedly "perfect ship."
In addition, Mark's presentation explained how major mistakes during the early days of the ship's operations led to the disaster. Mark points out that all of these disastrous compromises and mistakes were fully avoidable.
Mark's presentation paid great detail to how projects and emerging technologies of the past solved problems of the day and provided some very valuable insights into how to solve today's more challenging business problems.
This presentation can help project managers see the impact of decisions similar to the ones that they make every day.
