Less than three months remain until the doors open to the APM National Conference for Women in Project Management 2017, sponsored by BAE Systems. The conference is entitled 'The progressive project professional' and will be held in London on 28 September.

This year the conference will tackle how project professionals can progress in a world which is witnessing an accelerating pace of change in an environment of growing complexity. Asking the question: 'How should the project profession evolve to reflect our changing society, needs and expectations?'

Providing answers to this question will be a selection of expert speakers from across the profession and industry, giving delegates a range of insights and tactics which can be implemented throughout their own career and organisations.

WiPM is pleased to announce two of the latest confirmed speakers: Monica Sasso, director, Wealth Management Regulatory Change and Dr Rebecca Weston, who is strategy and technical director for Sellafield Ltd.

Monica Sasso is an internationally recognised and seasoned change leader within the financial services industry and has held global roles which have allowed her to work around the world. Monica is currently overseeing a portfolio of global change programmes at Deutsche Bank Wealth Management in the Consumer Protection, Payments, ePrivacy and Data Protection areas.

As the strategy & technical director for Sellafield Ltd, Rebecca Weston is responsible for the overall strategy of the business,  as well as the science and technology underpinning the processes of the whole organisation and driving research, development and innovation to meet the challenges at Sellafield. She will be presenting on the challenges of a complex nuclear site.

Monica and Rebecca join a line-up of speakers representing companies across a wide range of sectors, including Royal Free London NHS Trust, Provek, Arup and Severn Trent.

Delegates can earn up to eight hours of CPD points – almost a quarter of the annual expected for profession development.
