New versions of the RPP Portfolio Assessment Marking Scheme and Report, and the RPP Portfolio Assessment Verifier report have been added to the article CENTRAL REPOSITORY FOR CURRENT RPP ASSESSOR DOCUMENTS (latest update 20.03.12)

The forms have been amended to show an area (top right) where the version number can be recorded. This is so that assessors, verifiers and APM staff can clearly track the version of the report that has been submitted / resubmitted by assessors, and which version the verifier has used as a basis for verification.

All assessors and verifiers should fill in the version number box at the top of the form, and use WHOLE number increments if amending the report (e.g. v2 NOT v1.1)

Please also rename the document to include the version number of your report, for easy tracking purposes.

THESE NEW VERSIONS SHOULD BE USED FOR ALL PORTFOLIO ASSESSMENTS WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, AND THE VERIFICATIONS THAT RELATE TO THEM.
