Utilities Practitioner Group questionnaire 2018
Posted by Maya Creasey on 15th Feb 2018
The Utilities Change Practitioner Group, a sub-group of the Enabling Change SIG has developed a short questionnaire aimed at change practitioners to gain insight in to how change is managed across the industry. It is also looking to understand what the biggest concerns for change are in the sector, to enable it to better understand the sector's challenges and see what is driving change.
The questionnaire will provide insight in to the prevalent change methodologies employed within the Utilities sector, as well as consideration of the importance of different change factors affecting the sector.
The results will be used to produce an assessment of the change challenges the industry faces, as well as give the group an insight in to further areas of research in the coming year. The headline findings of this research will be released in a publication later this year.
Please could you complete the questionnaire by the end of Thursday 29 March 2018.

Cross-organisational change in a complex environment webinar - A case study in gaining engagement, 12 September 201718 September 2017
It is generally accepted that ‘Engagement’ , and a good understanding of the need for change are critical ingredients for successful and sustainable change. Arnab Banerjee from Transport for London kindly presented a webinar on Tuesday 12 September giving his experience of gaining engagement before, during and after organisational change.
Over the last seven years Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service has experienced a considerable reduction in the centrally provided Government grant that makes up its funding, and was the topic of our webinar on Tuesday 6 February.
