APM’s first event in the Power of the Profession conference series took place in Manchester in early November.

November saw the first collaboration between the East of England branch and PMO SIG in the form of an event titled “everything you wanted to know about PMOs”.

We were invited to the event by the APM, through our lecturer Michelle Littlemore, at the Beacon of Light on 09/10/18.

We are excited to announce our Young project manager of the year and Young undergraduate of the year awards are open for entries! The Yorkshire & North Lincolnshire Branch of the Association for Project Management welcome entries to find the Young Project Manager of the Year for 2019.

On Wednesday 31 October, 271 project professionals from across the UK and overseas achieved something unique, becoming the first Chartered Project Professionals in the world.

On the evening of the 25th October, around 50 excited sponsors, customers, mentors and team members attended the Launch Night of the fifth South Wales and West of England (SWWE) Project Management Challenge competition at Rolls-Royce in Filton, Bristol.
