What is a flexible worker?

Our flexible workers are external contractors who are not hired on a full time basis. Instead our flexible workers will be called upon to support with the development, review and marking of APM’s qualifications and assessments, as and when this work is required.

Expenses and time will be paid for over these periods of work.  We may also require our flexible workers to attend some training days, unfortunately on these training days time will not be paid for, however expenses will be covered.

APM Accredited Training Providers

Professionals seeking training and development in project management turn to APM-accredited providers for trusted, high-quality support. These organisations have been independently assessed against APM’s rigorous accreditation standards and are approved to deliver our recognised project management qualifications. This accreditation assures learners and employers of the quality and credibility of the training they receive.

Experience and Qualifications Required

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Can demonstrate recent and ongoing engagement with CPD
  • Have the ability to assess evidence against established criteria and make informed decisions
  • Possess strong analytical, written, and communication skills

Desirable Experience and Qualifications

  • Hold full APM membership (MAPM) or above
  • Have experience in conducting assessments
  • Possess relevant, current project management practitioner experience
  • Hold an APM qualification at PMQ level or higher, or a recognised equivalent qualification
