We have appointed Simon Taylor following a selection process involving the volunteer community and he now acts as branch and SIG ‘champion’.

As our regular board blogger, Alistair Godbold, was unable to attend Septembers board meeting, Im pleased to be able to step into the breach for this month and give you an insight into the latest APM board meeting.

Working in project management can be prone to constant change.

It has been a busy time over the last few weeks with the APM: conferences, awards, elections, forums, AGMs and board meetings.

We all want our projects to be successful and like to think they are when they have finally been completed but do we really know how to identify project success? Because unless we can identify project success there will always be that nagging doubt that maybe that last project wasn't quite as good as it could have been.
