Chris Blockley-Webb is passionate about driving risk management approaches to inform decision making at all levels of an organisation. He has extensive expertise in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Portfolio, Program and Project Management (P3M) and Risk Transformation. He has successfully led and delivered risk management strategies, plans and reporting structures for various clients including the UK Ministry of Defence. Chris is the APM Risk Interest Network Lead and also the Chair of the Institute of Risk Management, Armed Forces Community SIG and Defence Risk Management Thought and Research Hub where he promotes risk culture and best practices across the military and defence sector.

Shah Hasan is a project professional with over 20 years’ experience in major financial institutions, specialising in risk management and regulatory change in banking, with a proven track record of delivering results through structured, Agile approaches.
