The Enabling Change SIG announced a new ‘Change Pulse’ survey in November 2016 focusing on understanding change methodologies, success factors and measures being used by APM members.

We heard on Thursday 9 November from Laura Geddes-Brock and Hannah Bullingham from Infrastructure and Projects Authority [IPA], in a webinar about their new Guide to Effective Benefits Management in Major Projects, which has been developed in consultation with APM.

The latest APM research paper summary released today, 'Occupational stress and job demand, control and support factors among construction project consultants', highlights the effect of stress on project consultants, investigating the relationship between job demands, job control, workplace support factors and occupational stress.
