The SWWE Branch was very pleased to have worked with the APM’s Planning Monitoring and Control SIG and its Agile Working Group and APM’s Governance SIG in planning this engaging one day seminar exploring agile project management, what it is, and what it is not.

Authored by Dr Peter Hill PhD MSc BA (Hons), the research reflects current practices in cost-benefit analysis, arguing that traditional economic evaluations should not claim objectivity.

Agile is surrounded by many myths and misconceptions, in many cases resulting from the impression that agile is a simple concept.

The sixth paper in APM’s thought-leadership series ‘The Road to Chartered’ is now available to download.

The APM National Women in Project Management Conference 2017, sponsored by 20|20 Insight, enjoyed an atmosphere more closely linked to a celebration than a conference as stands and halls literally buzzed with enthusiasm and the sound of people networking and discussing the presentations.

All Eyes on Yorkshire – Jill Gough and Craig Taylor’s presentation on the planning and delivery of the Grand Depart of the Tour de France 2014 – Wednesday 27th September 2017.

The Enabling Change SIG is developing its change community through the development of industry-focused Change Practitioner Groups.
